I wish to congratulate Gavin on the outstanding level of service and professionalism that he has provided me at the Trust in the past week.
He has, at very short notice, undertaken a range of tasks at both Shrewsbury and Telford sites and has done a marvellous job of managing different priorities which have resulted in a direct reduction in fire risk in certain areas within a very short timeframe.
